* Handyman Services:  Cooke's Hope is a service oriented comminity, so feel free to sell your lawn mower, rake, hoe and snow shovel!  In the Village, the Hedges and the Galloways, your front yard maintenace is included in your association dues and gardening fees.  Springfield residents may also enjoy the same services upon request because it is our goal to make life as easy as possible for all Cooke's Hope homeowners.  Our caretakers are also available for a fee to do a variety of chores such as small repairs aned general homeowner assistance.  These include such services as cleaning rain gutters, or cleaning a hard-to-reach skylight.

* Walking Trails and Wildlife Santcuary Ponds:  Over five miles of walking trails invite you to explore one of Easton's most mature and pristine woods.  Wind past Sanctuary Ponds and over our own Covered Bridge which spans  Peachblossom Creek as you enjoy the bountiful wildlife that shares Cooke's Hope.
